SERVICE CONTRACT

With services contracts, we support all the systems that we supply, with stock of spare parts and contracting delay for intervention.

SOFTWARE CONTRACT

Inside our annual software contract we supply:

  • Dedicated Hot Line to support you from Monday to Friday 8h30- 12h30 & 14h00 – 18H00. A free registration for one person to our “SysLine®” service software. A unique SYSMA engineer is then dedicated to your registered contact.
  • An answer, inside a 2 working’s day delay, following the actual procedure to all verified anomaly. All of them will be traced through our “SysLine®” service software.
  • User assistance and support to registered contact. This contact must be competent in Measurement software and be trained by our service department on the concerned software.
  • Two free update of the software.
  • A free access with login and password to our Website www.sysma.fr for free download of updates and patches.
